Year 5 were the first year group to go into the new town to have a look at how it is being regenerated. The children had a great time taking a tour around some of the completed projects which included Event Island and the bus interchange. They looked at the chronology of Stevenage and picked out some key events and also went into the visitor centre to look at the model. They children learnt lots about where they live and spotted things they had never done before. A great day!
