Stevenage Sporting Futures delivered Love Your Heart workshops to Year 5 this week. The sessions provided the children with vital emergency life-saving skills, helping to build confidence and understanding around heart health and first aid. The hands-on workshop covered learning CPR basics, an introduction to defibrillator usage and how to respond to emergency situations. It helped the children to build confidence in taking action to help others
