This year's Sports Leaders began their roles on Wednesday by attending a Stevenage Sporting Futures training afternoon. Here, they joined representatives from other local schools to consider what qualities make good sports leaders and role models. They learned lots of fun games that they will use to engage groups of children at break and lunchtime and they thought about how they could adapt activities to be inclusive.  Mrs Bond was proud of how well they represented our school as they were well-mannered, enthusiastic and respectful.  They have lots of plans for how they can lead and support play and sports so watch this space.
