Key Information and Apps

Arbor Parent Portal 

The Parent Portal and Arbor App let parents update their child's records including diet and medical information, emergency contact details and home address all from their phone or computer. Parents can also check in on their child’s attendance. The Arbor App is the mobile version of our Parent Portal, for use on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Payments 

Currently, we use ‘School Gateway’ which enables you to make payments for school trips. The School Gateway app allows us to do this in the most cost effective way.

We are moving on to Arbor for payments at the end of July 2025. During this transition stage, we will be using both systems for payments but parents will be told which they need to use. All new payments requests from June 2025 will be made on Arbor.

School Dinners

To order and pay for school dinners, you will need to use School Grid. http://app.schoolgrid.co.uk

Engagement

We use Seesaw across the school to share and celebrate the children’s work. New parents will receive an invitation to join the app but only once consent has been given.
