Children will need to be collected from school office at 2.45pm so that we can make a prompt start at 3:15pm.  We will finish at 5:30pm and children will need to be collected from the venue. For collecting children at the end, parents will need to wait outside the building and teachers will take their teams out to be handed over in an orderly fashion.

There will be no space in the sports hall for parents so unfortunately they will not be allowed to spectate for this event. 

Your child will need to bring in PE kit (shorts/track bottoms and t-shirt plus appropriate footwear (trainers).  They should also bring a bottle of water with them.
