Almond Hill have been busy learning about AI (artificial intelligence) this week for Safer Internet Day.  There have been many interesting discussions, quizzes and activities.  Some themes have included AI misuse, when AI usage may be okay or not okay and all about chatbots.

How has this event helped your wellbeing or developed your skills? 

I didn’t realise that AI was around me as much as it is.  My mum’s phone has AI that makes it open when it’s near her face. AI can be really good for things but you have to be careful not to use it for bad stuff.  

How could this event help you in your future? 

I’m going to find out more about AI as in the future it might be used in my job or even replace some jobs.  I don’t want to lose the skills I have by cheating all the time.

I like finding out about tech stuff that keeps me safe.
