The Year 3 children had a fantastic time meeting members of the Stevenage Regeneration Team! They were thrilled to learn about the exciting plans for our town’s future. The children enjoyed drawing their own ideas and were captivated by the 3D model of Stevenage which brought their imaginations to life. Additionally, they discovered amazing stories about the town’s history, deepening their connection to the community. The children were fascinated by hearing about the history of Stevenage and finding out how it has changed over time which linked back to some prior Geography learning earlier in the year. Children in all three classes asked insightful questions and made excellent suggestions for what could be added to the town as part of the regeneration of the area to further improve facilities.
